  • Family Waiting Rooms

    We offer private waiting rooms for both the bride’s and groom’s families.Time can also be set aside for family introductions.

  • Friends’ Lounge

    Comfortable lounges are available for friends of both families to relax in before the ceremony. Complimentary tea and refreshments are provided.

We offer a variety of services to ensure all our guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.

  • Attire, Hair & Makeup Services

    We offer hair styling for children and men (reservation required).
    Formal wear, including traditional kimono and morning coats, can be rented through our partner boutiques.

  • Luggage Delivery

    For your convenience, we accept advance luggage shipments.
    Please arrange for your luggage to arrive 3–7 days before the date of the wedding.

  • Guests with Children

    We’re fully equipped to welcome families with children, offering a nursing room, baby changing station, kids’ menus, child seats, and baby cots.
    If you prefer to bring your own baby food, our staff can heat and prepare it for you.

  • Getting to the Venue

    The venue is a 15-20 minute drive from the airport, and a 45-60 minute from central Sapporo.
    A complimentary shuttle bus is available from New Chitose Airport for overnight guests.

  • On-Site Transportation/h4>

    For your comfort, bell cars and shuttle buses are available to transport guests and the bridal party between the ceremony and reception areas.

  • Wheelchair Rental

    Wheelchairs are available upon request. We also offer bell cars specially equipped for wheelchair users.
